Making use of its spectacular natural setting amongst
limestone monoliths, Rajjaprabha illustrates the
eco-diversity and exhilarating challenges of the Thai
golfing experience. This course is a real head-turner
and a joy to play thanks to the superlative layout, some
very challenging holes and its picturesque setting. The
course is beautifully landscaped with an abundance of
ancient jungle.

The Thai golf course is probably the best kept secret in
the country due to its remote location. However, those
on Koh Samui golf vacation can take advantage of this
hidden gem and will have a second great Thai golfing
experience. Plan for a full day of touring and golf on
the mainland! The drive to Rajjaprabha Dam is from the
Surat Thani ferry terminal through scenic winding roads
and is a nice way to lead up to a round of golf.

The ten
par 4’s. Wow! Is perhaps not enthusiastic enough for
this 365-yard 1st hole that normally plays with the wind
and providing fantastic views out over the rest of the
course. A number of options are available at the
400-yard 15th. For those punters feeling brash a very
long drive could be just what the doctor ordered. The
377-yard 12th is unique with play from an elevated tee
to a green hiding bunker in the backside. The 741-yard
4th is the longest par 4 on the course that requires a
demanding, well positions tee shot. Par here and proceed
to the small clubhouse for your just rewards.

The four
par 5’s are all quite long and challenging, in
particular, the 542-yard 7th longest hole on the course
requiring challenging shots to make par. About 180 yards
to clear the river with bunkers hovering in the right on
the opposite side, long shots up-hill to a left crook,
all while trying to avoid the pond, good luck! As with
the 7th, the 530-yard 3rd requires a strong clearance
over a pond to a mounting fairway, fortunately, no
bunkers!
